> 1. If you friends or family members asked you to recommend them a fitness trainer, would you tell them about me in a positive light? Please explain.

  • Yes very positive. You are always on time and get me motivated. Your motivation emails and texts keep me motivated when you are not training with me.

> 2. What would you say to someone that is considering becoming my client?

  • I would encourage them to try. I would mention the convenience of him coming to their house or if they want to get away they can go to his. Either way the right equipment will be available.

> 3. How many times per week do you workout with Chris Meredith?

  • 2 days a week.

> 4. If you could change anything about the way Chris Meredith trains clients, what would it be?

  • Nothing
